The award recognises ‘the achievements of an exceptional team that has successfully used equity investment to achieve significant growth and scale in the business over the last 18 months and is able to demonstrate strong leadership, combined with ambition, innovation with a strong ethos of team working.’ Speechmatics’ CEO, Benedikt von Thuengen’s entrepreneurial qualities have led the team to build innovative technology that competes against global players in the market. His inspiring leadership along with the team dynamics of the company has helped it to achieve significant business growth.

Benedikt said,

“It’s a great achievement for the team to have been recognised as high growth by the UKBAA. The team has shown remarkable ambition over the last 18 months, working together to release innovative features into the speech technology market. Our commitment to research and development and innovation has enabled us to acquire many new customers and come one step closer to achieving our vision of helping world-leading companies understand the spoken world. I’m looking forward to the awards ceremony in Liverpool on Tuesday 19 June.”

A special thank you to our investors, IQ Capital Partners and Amadeus Capital Partners for their continued support, financially and otherwise. Will we be crowned High Growth Team of the Year? The results will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 19 June! Good luck to all the finalists for this award, and those nominated in other categories. Ben Leaman, Speechmatics
