As someone who's spent years working across healthcare tech, I expected to hear about documentation efficiency, AI integrations, and the deeply human concerns about eye contact, clinical trust, and workflow transformation. What became clear was how these elements weren't separate considerations, they were the whole point.

Here are five standout insights from HLTH Europe 2025 – pulled from the conversations I had, the panels I joined, and the momentum I felt, about why the next healthcare revolution might come from technology that listens more than it speaks.

1. Documentation is just the beginning, not the destination

Anyone who's spent time in a modern clinic knows the scene: doctors typing furiously while patients speak, stealing glances between keyboard and patient.
