Through its partnership with Speechmatics, it will also deliver clients, transcriptions that are accurate on the spelling of names, products, acronyms, abbreviations, trademarks, copyrights and alternate word forms using its new Custom Dictionary and Sounds features.
Clique’s HD Voice conversations can now be integrated with any company or network contact with just one click.
“I’m very excited about our partnership with Clique and seeing their customers benefit from the introduction of Speechmatics speech-to-text into their platform,” said Ian Firth, Head of Customer Success, Speechmatics, “Clique is making it easier to communicate and collaborate, despite differences in language and accents, and that has to benefit people and the organizations they work with.”
