Listen up – Speechmatics attending IBC 2018

The IBC Exhibition draws over 57,000 attendees from 170 countries into 15 categorized halls whereby 1,700 companies have the opportunity to demonstrate their pioneering technologies, whilst discovering the latest trends in the media and broadcast market.

Speechmatics will be attending this years’ IBC Exhibition from 14-18 September in Amsterdam. IBC is the world’s most influential media, entertainment & technology show, showcasing cutting-edge technologies built for the media and broadcast industry.

This year, Speechmatics has been working very hard to launch a new addition to its current speech-to-text offering in time for IBC, extending the Custom Dictionary feature and providing even greater granularity, accuracy and personalization of transcriptions for media and broadcast companies.

Ian Firth, VP Products at Speechmatics said

“I am very excited for this years’ IBC Exhibition, both from a personal perspective to see all of the latest trends and technologies in the media and broadcast industry, and from a business perspective. Speechmatics has not one, but two announcements to share in the run-up to the show in September and I am confident that these will be well received by our current customers and indeed prospects at the show.”
