Our Batch Containerised ASR provides transcription of pre-recorded audio and video files within a Docker container. Docker containers are simple to install and maintain. The containers are deployed within a customer’s own security boundaries and there are no files or transcripts stored on the container.
Our Batch Virtual Appliance ASR product provides transcription for pre-recorded audio and video files which is provided directly by a virtual machine. This is considered to be a standalone environment with designed to not store any data (files or transcripts) for longer than it is required by the customer.
The Real-Time Virtual Appliance ASR product is designed to provide live transcripts in real time from a secure environment. The transcription is provided whilst the input audio is being streamed. The use of the Virtual Appliance enables multiple audio streams to be transcribed at the same time in one appliance.
Our Public Cloud ASR product is a simple online dashboard that allows customers to get fast transcripts back when uploading pre-recorded audio and video files on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. The Public Cloud ASR is operated and managed by Speechmatics with 75 languages available in total.
Our Private Cloud ASR product provides transcriptions from pre-recorded audio and video files. The transcripts are provided after a file is passed to the Speechmatics engine within a standalone environment by a computer or virtual machine. The software is installed and managed by the customer within an AWS region.
Our Private Cloud Elastic ASR product provides transcriptions from pre-recorded audio and video files. The transcripts are provided after a file is passed to the Speechmatics engine. The software is installed and managed by the customer within an AWS region and can also auto scale to manage elastic workloads.
